Dr. Katie Boston-Leary

PhD, MBA, MHA, RN, NEA-BC, FADLN, FAONL

Dr. Katie Boston-Leary is the Senior Vice President of Equity and Engagement at the American Nurses Association addressing DEIAB and workforce challenges within the profession. Katie is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and the School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University. She is a board member for St. John’s University Health Programs, Hippocratic AI and Ingenovis Health and an editorial advisory board member with Nursing Management, Nursing 2025 and ACHE. Katie leads the National Commission to Address Racism in Nursing Forum and served on the National Academy of Science and Medicine’s National Plan to Address Clinician Well-Being supported by the previous U.S. Surgeon General.

Dr. Claire Mooney, DNP, MBA, RN, CCRN, NEA-BC, is the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer for the Central Region for Jefferson Health. Previously, she served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for Penn State Health and has opened the new Lancaster Medical Center in October 2022. Previously, she was the president and CEO of both Jennersville and Brandywine Hospitals – Tower Health. In November of 2019, she received state -wide recognition for her work from Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania for Nursing Administration -Executive. In 2021, she was named VISTA Leadership Mega Star and was one of the Power Women of Main Line and Western Suburbs by Main Line Today.

Dr. Alexandra Tuluca

MD, Associate Chief of Cardiac Surgery

Alexandra Tuluca, MD, is the Associate Chief of Cardiac Surgery for Einstein Healthcare Network, Pennsylvania. Dr. Tuluca is dual-board-certified in thoracic surgery and general surgery by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. She specializes in minimally invasive valve and aortic aneurysm heart surgery. In addition, she performs complex re-operative valvular surgery and adult congenital surgery. She was recognized by the Pennsylvania Medical Society as a Pennsylvania Top Physician Under 40 in 2016 and is a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. She is an active member of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons, Women in Thoracic Surgery and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Maria Reila Molina, DNP, AGACNP-BC, CSSGB, is a globally recognized nurse practitioner specializing in heart transplantation and cardiogenomics. With over 15 years at Penn Medicine, she has led innovations in transplant care, integrating genomics into clinical practice. A past president of the International Transplant Nurses Society (2023–2024), Dr. Molina has delivered lectures in over 16 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Her dedication to advancing personalized, equitable healthcare is reflected in her extensive publications and international collaborations.
