CELC 2025 - Souvenir Submission

Dear NAINA members,
The NAINA Souvenir /Editorial Committee invites articles and other literary submissions to be included in the souvenir, set to be released during the NAINA Clinical Excellence and Leadership Conference taking place on September 19–20, 2025, at the Sheraton Valley Forge Hotel in King of Prussia, PA. The theme for the conference is:
“ENGAGE, EDUCATE, EMPOWER: Advancing Nursing Excellence through Practice, Leadership, and Innovation”
Articles could include research reports, informative papers, motivational stories, personal anecdotes, poems etc. This is an opportunity for all NAINA members to share their knowledge, talent, and writing skills. We encourage all writers, novice or experienced, to participate in making our Souvenir a success. Deadline for all submissions is August 1st, 2025.
General guidelines and rules:
All submissions must relate to a healthcare topic.
All submissions must be in English and formatted as a Microsoft Word document.
Submissions should not exceed two full pages (including references) or 300 words per page with Times New Roman 11-point font.
Plagiarism will not be accepted; use appropriate citations as is customary for professional publications.
Previously published material will not be accepted.
All submissions must include author name/s, credentials, and a small picture of each author/contributor. Each picture should be in a .jpg or .png format and attached as a separate file.
All submissions must be sent via email to the Journal Committee at nainaeditorial@gmail.com.
The deadline for submission is August 1, 2025.
Please note that submission of an article does not guarantee publication. All submissions will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee for quality and suitability. The Editorial Committee reserves the right to edit, publish, or reject any submissions.
