NAINA's 5th Clinical Excellence and
Leadership Conference (CELC) 2025

On behalf of the National Association of Indian Nurses of America (NAINA), it is my distinct honor and privilege to invite you to NAINA’s 5th Clinical Excellence and Leadership Conference (CELC), to be held on September 19–20, 2025, under the compelling theme: “Engage, Educate, Empower: Advancing, Nursing Excellence Through Practice, Leadership, and Innovation”.

This two-day national conference will bring together Direct care Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurse Educators, Nurse Researchers, Nurse Leaders and Nurses from various disciplines, across the globe. The sole purpose is to engage nurses in meaningful dialogue, to educate through expert-led, evidence based sessions, leadership panels, peer collaboration; and to empower participants to lead with innovation and resilience while exploring the evolving landscape of healthcare delivery. This conference is designed and wired for nurses across all disciplines, whether you are at the bedside making a difference in healing patients every day, leading systems of change through innovation and transition in practice or shaping policy and education.
